Dr. Jessica (Jess) Boykin is an operational strategist and Virtual COO with a passion for optimizing process flow for socially-responsible organizations. Jess has over a decade of experience in health-related nonprofit and social services, specializing in evidence-based practice in healthcare administration, change management, quality assurance, ethics and compliance, sustainability planning, and program design and evaluation. Jess is also a master's level social worker (MSW) and utilizes a systems theory approach to management and operational challenges.

Jess holds a doctorate in health administration from the University of Mississippi Medical Center as well as bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work from the University of Southern Mississippi where she graduated summa cum laude as a proud Ronald E. McNair Scholar. Her experience includes tenures with Catholic Charities, Kingsley House, and The ALS Association.

Dr. Charcelor (Chase) McCullum is the founder of Advanced Growth Education, professor at Mississippi State University, and consultant for Bailey Education. He is a dynamic speaker, facilitator, and author of multiple books focused on the science of Special Education. He previously served as Director of Special Services for the Moss Point School District and has deep experience as a leading school psychologist and district-level administrator for Special Education as well as Whole-Child Education.

Dr. McCullum received his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Mississippi, a Master's/Specialist degree in School Psychology from Florida State University, a Master's in Educational Leadership from Lamar University, and a Doctorate of Education in Adult Education. He has also held multiple leadership positions within the Mississippi Association of School Psychologists and the National Association of School Psychologists.

Dr. Rian Charé Bush is the founder and CEO of Satsang Awakening, an acupuncture and holistic health practice in New Orleans, LA. She has experience as a licensed acupuncturist, life coach, holistic health and programming strategist, Chinese Medicine diet and nutrition consultant, mental health and trauma education strategist, and motivational speaker.

Dr. Bush currently holds licensure in the states of Louisiana and Georgia. She received her Doctorate in Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health Sciences in San Diego, CA, Masters in Oriental Medicine from Acupuncture and Massage College in Miami, FL, and Masters in Public Health with specialization in Policy and Management from Florida International University in Miami, FL. She has also been a holistic health youth instructor, health and wellness expert and community engagement planner with various organizations and affiliations throughout the Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida areas.
